YWCP is Currently in the Hybrid Learning Phase of Re-Opening

Mid-July the NYS Education Department and NYS Department of Health released guidelines for school districts as they plan to reopen. These guidance documents outline strict health and safety mandatory requirements that districts must follow in order to reopen schools safely. After reviewing the guidance documents thoroughly, YWCP has determined that our plan will be a Hybrid Learning Model. This means that we will have both Remote-Learning and some In-Person Instructional Opportunities.
In the first phase, we will begin the 2020-2021 school year with all students engaged fully in Remote Learning. As we continue to navigate through the health and safety requirements, we will begin to add In-Person Instructional Opportunities, beginning with our most vulnerable students. We will continue planning Phase 2 & 3 which will include opportunities for all students to eventually have In-Person Instructional Opportunities. For more information please Click this Link to read our COVID- 19 Reopening Plan. For our Health & Safety Procedures Click Here.
