Our 11th annual Leadership Breakfast celebrates the resiliency, dedication, and achievements of the nearly 400 remarkable students of The Young Women’s College Prep Charter School. In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, our students are determined to achieve their educational goals, and the YWCP Foundation will be there to support them, every step of the way.

Once again this year, we’ll take our annual Leadership Breakfast to a virtual format, with a special viewing experience that you can enjoy from the comfort of your home or office. All you need is a computer or smartphone!

Important Notice for YWCP Families:Asynchronous Learning 9/27 - 9/30

Greetings YWCP Parents and Guardians,

This message is to notify you that in accordance with New York State Education Department guidelines regarding health and safety, and to ensure there is no lapse in instruction, we must implement asynchronous learning for the remainder of the week.  This means that students will learn and complete assignments at their own pace remotely.

Students will NOT be attending in-person learning tomorrow, Tuesday, September 27th through this Friday, September 30th. Please have your YWCP student check their school email and our YWCP website for more information.

Students are NOT to report to school and ARE expected to:

  • Login to Google Classroom starting Tuesday for each class and complete all work.  Assignments will be posted daily.
  • Email teachers with any questions or concerns.
  • Check Google Classroom daily.

Please be reminded that students should check their email for more information from their teachers.

We will continue our normal in-person learning on Monday, October 3rd. Thank you for your continued support.  Stay safe and healthy.
